Proclamation under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment (Tasmanian Planning Scheme) Act 2015
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment (Tasmanian Planning Scheme) Act 2015 fix 17 December 2015 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
