Water Management (Division 4 Permit Conditions) Order 2015
I make the following order under section 164A(2) of the Water Management Act 1999 .

This order may be cited as the Water Management (Division 4 Permit Conditions) Order 2015 .
This order takes effect on the day on which the Water Management Amendment (Dam Works) Act 2015 commences.
3. Condition of Division 4 permit
A Division 4 permit is subject to the condition that the dam works to which the permit relates must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Division 4 Permit Dam Works Code 2015 issued under section 301(1)(b) of the Water Management Act 1999 on 25 November 2015.

This order is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.
EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order determines that it is a condition of a Division 4 permit that the dam works to which the permit relates must be carried out in accordance with the Division 4 Permit Dam Works Code 2015 issued on 25 November 2015.
