Gaming Control (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2015
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Gaming Control Act 1993 .

These regulations may be cited as the Gaming Control (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2015 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Gaming Control (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2011 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Infringement notice offences and penalties)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 1 and substituting:

(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations amend the Gaming Control (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2011 by –(a) prescribing further offences under the Gaming Control Act 1993 as offences for which infringement notices may be issued; and(b) prescribing penalties for those infringement notice offences.
