Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Amendment Order 2015

I make the following order under section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Amendment Order 2015 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Order 1990 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.    Schedule 1 amended (Substances to which section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 applies)

Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting item 1 ;
(b) by inserting after item 3 the following:

3A. 

AOD-9604(CAS No.221231-10-3).

(c) by inserting after item 17 the following:

17A. 

CJC-1295 (CAS No.863288-34-0).

(d) by omitting items 31AA and 31A and substituting the following:

31A. 

Growth hormone-releasing hormones (GHRHs), including those separately specified in Schedule 4 to the Poisons List.

31B. 

Growth hormone-releasing peptide-6 (GHRP-6).

31C. 

Growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRPs), including those separately specified in Schedule 4 to the Poisons List.

31D. 

Growth hormone-releasing secretagogues (GHSs), including those separately specified in Schedule 4 to the Poisons List.

31E. 

Hexarelin.

31F. 

Insulin-like growth factors.

31G. 

Ipamorelin.

(e) by inserting after item 52A the following:

52B. 

Pralmorelin (growth hormone-releasing peptide-2) (GHRP-2).

This order amends the Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Order 1990 to add certain substances to the list of substances to which section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 applies.
