Radiation Protection Amendment Regulations 2015
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Radiation Protection Act 2005 .

PART 1 - Preliminary
These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Protection Amendment Regulations 2015 .
(1) Parts 1 and 2 take effect on the day on which the making of these regulations is notified in the Gazette.(2) Part 3 takes effect on 1 July 2016.
PART 2 - Radiation Protection Regulations 2006 Amended
In this Part, the Radiation Protection Regulations 2006 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations amend the Radiation Protection Regulations 2006 by (a) prescribing a fee for a licence to possess and use radiation apparatus that is a linear accelerator; and(b) increasing certain fees from the date of gazettal of these regulations and from 1 July 2016.
