Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2015
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Office of Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification Act 2003 .

These regulations may be cited as the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2015 .
These regulations are taken to have taken effect on the day on which the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority Amendment Act 2015 commenced.
In these regulations, the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Regulations 2013 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 1 amended (Short title)
Regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "Tasmanian Qualifications Authority" and substituting "Office of Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification".
5. Regulation 3 amended (Interpretation)
Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting " Tasmanian Qualifications Authority Act 2003 ;" from the definition of Act and substituting " Office of Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification Act 2003 ;";(b) by omitting "Authority;" from the definition of Assistant Chief Marking Examiner and substituting "Office;";(c) by omitting "Authority;" from the definition of Chief Marking Examiner and substituting "Office;";(d) by omitting "Authority" from the definition of critic and substituting "Office";(e) by omitting "Authority" from the definition of marker and substituting "Office";(f) by omitting "Authority" from the definition of setting examiner and substituting "Office".
6. Regulation 5 amended (Fees payable in relation to examinations)
Regulation 5(1)(a) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "Authority;" and substituting "Office;".

These regulations amend the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Regulations 2013 consequent on the enactment of the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority Amendment Act 2015 by omitting from the title to, and provisions of, those regulations references to the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority and substituting the Office of Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification.
