Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2015
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2015 .
This order takes effect on 1 July 2015.
In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order 2015 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Enactments)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by omitting Part 15 and substituting the following Part:PART 15 - Minister for Racing

This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order 2015 so as to specify that the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment is responsible, to the Minister for Racing, in relation to the administration of legislation relating to racing.
