Financial Management and Audit Order 2015

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 5 of the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Financial Management and Audit Order 2015 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 1 July 2015.

3.   Principal Act

In this order, the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.    Schedule 1 substituted

Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is omitted and the following Schedule is substituted:

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

This order omits Schedule 1 of the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 , which specifies offices of Government departments and the titles or other descriptions of such offices, and substitutes a new Schedule 1.
