Forensic Procedures Amendment Regulations 2015
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Forensic Procedures Act 2000 .

These regulations may be cited as the Forensic Procedures Amendment Regulations 2015 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Forensic Procedures Regulations 2010 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 4 amended (Corresponding laws)
Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (h) and substituting the following paragraph:(h) section 52 of the Correctional Services Act of the Northern Territory;
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

These regulations amend the Forensic Procedures Regulations 2010 by updating the reference to the corresponding law of the Northern Territory.
