Proclamation under the Workplaces (Protection from Protesters) Act 2014
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Workplaces (Protection from Protesters) Act 2014 fix 24 December 2014 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
