Work Health and Safety (Transitional) Amendment Regulations 2014
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Work Health and Safety (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2012 .

These regulations may be cited as the Work Health and Safety (Transitional) Amendment Regulations 2014 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Work Health and Safety Amendment Regulations 2014 commence.
In these regulations, the Work Health and Safety (Transitional) Regulations 2012 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 44 amended (Competence of worker – general diving work)
Regulation 44 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting from subregulation (2) " regulation 171(a) " and substituting " regulation 171 ";(b) by omitting subregulations (3) , (4) and (5) .
5. Regulation 50 rescinded
Regulation 50 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded.
