Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under sections 9A and 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935  amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1994, No. 105 by –

(a) omitting from Schedules 1 and 2 to that proclamation "3010, 3011," and "and 3016" and inserting ", 3016, 9832 and 9833" after "3015"; and
(b) omitting the table from Schedule 3 to that proclamation and substituting the following table:

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

This proclamation amends an earlier proclamation (S.R. 1994, No. 105) by –
(a) declaring the intended new line of part of the South Arm Highway (to take effect 60 days after this proclamation is notified in the Gazette as specified in section 9A(4) of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 ); and
(b) declaring that part of the South Arm Highway to be a limited access road and the places of access to that limited access road (to take effect on the opening of the relevant highway as specified in section 52A(2) of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 ).
