Annulled Convictions Order 2014
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under the Annulled Convictions Act 2003 .

This order may be cited as the Annulled Convictions Order 2014 .
This order takes effect on the day on which the provisions of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 commence.
In this order, the Annulled Convictions Act 2003 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Non-exempt applications)
Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:(a) by omitting item 11 and substituting the following item:11. Child-related work, within the meaning of the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012 of New South Wales, in that State.(b) by omitting item 13 and substituting the following item:13. Regulated employment, within the meaning of the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 of Queensland, in that State.(c) by inserting the following items after item 16 :17. Engagement in a regulated activity, within the meaning of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 .18. Engagement in a regulated activity, within the meaning of the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 of the Australian Capital Territory, in that Territory.

This order amends the Annulled Convictions Act 2003 by inserting additional items into the Schedule that lists activities or work for which annulled convictions are required to be disclosed.
