Administrative Arrangements (No. 2) Amendment Order 2014
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (No. 2) Amendment Order 2014 .
This order takes effect on 5 May 2014.
In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2014 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Enactments)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by omitting the following item from Part 5 :
Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1990
(b) by omitting the following item from Part 6 :
Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982
(c) by inserting in Part 7 before "DEPARTMENT OF PRIMARY INDUSTRIES, PARKS, WATER AND ENVIRONMENT" the following:

Climate Change (State Action) Act 2008
(d) by omitting the following item from Part 13 :
Climate Change (State Action) Act 2008
(e) by inserting in Part 16 afterthe following item:
Mining (Strategic Prospectivity Zones) Act 1993

(f) by inserting in Part 17 beforethe following item:
Training and Workforce Development Act 2013
Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1990
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2014 by changing Ministerial responsibility for certain Acts.
