Race Field Information Publication Fee Variation Notice 2014
Tasracing Pty Ltd makes the following notice under section 54B(4) of the Racing Regulation Act 2004 .
This notice may be cited as the Race Field Information Publication Fee Variation Notice 2014 .
This notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this notice, the Race Field Information Publication Fee Notice 2011 is referred to as the Principal Notice.
4. Clause 4 varied
Clause 4 of the Principal Notice is varied as follows:(a) by omitting from subclause (1) "1 July 2013" and substituting "1 July 2014";(b) by omitting from subclause (3) "1 July 2013" and substituting "1 July 2014".

This notice varies the Race Field Information Publication Fee Notice 2011 by changing the commencement of the approval period and by updating a reference to the Tasmanian Race Field Information Publication Standard Conditions of Approval that apply to wagering operators who have been granted an approval in respect of race field information publications.
