Poisons (Prescribed Periods) Amendment Order 2014
I make the following order under section 59A of the Poisons Act 1971 .

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Prescribed Periods) Amendment Order 2014 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Poisons (Prescribed Periods) Order 2009 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Clause 4 amended (Prescribed periods)
Clause 4 of the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by inserting after item 12 in the table the following:

(b) by inserting after item 14 in the table the following:
14A.
Nabiximols

This order amends the Poisons (Prescribed Periods) Order 2009 by declaring two additional narcotic substances that may not be made available for continuous use by a person without an authority given under section 59E of the Poisons Act 1971 .
