Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Amendment Order 2014
I make the following order under section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 .

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Amendment Order 2014 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Order 1990 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Substances to which section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 applies)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by inserting after item 30 the following:
30A.
Follistatin.
(b) by inserting after item 31 the following:
31A.
Insulin-like growth factors.
(c) by inserting after item 54 the following:
54AA.
Selective androgen receptor modulators.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order amends the Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Order 1990 by adding follistatin, insulin-like growth factors and selective androgen receptor modulators as substances to which section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 applies.
