Food Amendment Regulations 2014
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Food Act 2003 .

These regulations may be cited as the Food Amendment Regulations 2014 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Primary Produce Safety (Seafood) Regulations 2014 commence.
In these regulations, the Food Regulations 2012 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 9 rescinded
Regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded.

These regulations are administered in the Department of Health and Human Services.

(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations amend the Food Regulations 2012 by omitting a regulation, relating to the primary production of seafood, consequent on the commencement of the Primary Produce Safety (Seafood) Regulations 2014 .
