Council of Law Reporting Order 2013
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 5(4) of the Council of Law Reporting Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Council of Law Reporting Order 2013 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Council of Law Reporting Act 1990 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Section 5 amended (Membership of Council)
Section 5(1)(d) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "the Bar Association of Tasmania" and substituting "The Tasmanian Bar".
5. Schedule 1 amended (Provisions with respect to membership of the council)
Clause 6(c) of Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting "the Bar Association of Tasmania" and substituting "The Tasmanian Bar".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order amends the Council of Law Reporting Act 1990 by substituting the name "The Tasmanian Bar" for the name "the Bar Association of Tasmania".
