Teachers Registration Amendment Regulations 2013
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Teachers Registration Act 2000 .

These regulations may be cited as the Teachers Registration Amendment Regulations 2013 .
These regulations take effect on 1 July 2013.
In these regulations, the Teachers Registration Regulations 2011 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Fees)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting "full" from column 2 of item 1 in the table ;(b) by omitting "full" from column 2 of item 2 in the table ;(c) by omitting "full registration or provisional" from column 2 of item 8 in the table .

These regulations amend the Teachers Registration Regulations 2011 to change terminology relating to registration consequent on the amendment of the Teachers Registration Act 2000 by the Training and Workforce Development (Repeals and Consequential Amendments) Act 2013 .
