Plumbing Amendment Regulations 2013
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under section 233 of the Building Act 2000 .

These regulations may be cited as the Plumbing Amendment Regulations 2013 .
These regulations take effect on 1 July 2013.
In these regulations, the Plumbing Regulations 2004 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 3 amended (Interpretation)
Regulation 3(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (c) from the definition of educational institution and substituting the following paragraph:(c) a campus of TasTAFE created by the Training and Workforce Development Act 2013 ;

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations amend the Plumbing Regulations 2004 to substitute a reference to TasTAFE for a reference to the Tasmanian Polytechnic consequent on the repeal of the Education and Training (Tasmanian Polytechnic) Act 2008 by the Training and Workforce Development (Repeals and Consequential Amendments) Act 2013 and the creation of TasTAFE by the Training and Workforce Development Act 2013 .
