Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Amendment Order 2013
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 5(2)(b) of the Collections for Charities Act 2001 .

This order may be cited as the Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Amendment Order 2013 .
This order takes effect on 1 July 2013.
In this order, the Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Order 2002 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Approved organisations)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by omitting item 13 and substituting the following item:

The Tasmanian Academy established by the Education and Training (Tasmanian Academy) Act 2008 and TasTAFE created by the Training and Workforce Development Act 2013
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends the Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Order 2002 to remove a reference to the Tasmanian Polytechnic and to substitute a reference to TasTAFE for a reference to the Tasmanian Skills Institute, consequent on (a) the repeal of the Education and Training (Tasmanian Polytechnic) Act 2008 and the Education and Training (Tasmanian Skills Institute) Act 2008 by the Training and Workforce Development (Repeals and Consequential Amendments) Act 2013 ; and(b) the creation of TasTAFE by the Training and Workforce Development Act 2013 .
