Shop Trading Hours Order 2013

I make the following order under section 5AAA(2)(c) of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Shop Trading Hours Order 2013 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Exemption

For section 5AAA(2)(c) of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 , it is declared that the following shops may be kept open before 12:30 p.m. on Anzac Day:

(a) BLH Thrifty Link Hardware & Supermarket (ABN 39 140 736 689), Weld Street, Beaconsfield;

(b) Hillys IGA Everyday (ABN 84 378 163 153), Cecilia Street, St Helens;

(c) Ritchies IGA Express (ABN 99 913 645 305), Gilbert Street, Latrobe;

(d) Roxy Supermarket (ABN 60 446 701 988), High Street, Oatlands;

(e) Shearwater Supermarket (ABN 12 107 321 504), Boulevard Street, Shearwater;

(f) Somerset IGA Everyday (ABN 59 125 823 869), Wragg Street, Somerset;

(g) Spreyton Supermarket (ABN 60 100 747 877), Mersey Main Road, Spreyton;

(h) Westend Supermarket (ABN 97 009 567 159), Park Street, Wynyard;

(i) Wilkies Supermarket (ABN 22 060 679 469), Weld Street, Beaconsfield.

4.   Expiry

This order expires on 26 April 2013.
