Pharmacy Control (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2013
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Pharmacy Control Act 2001 .

These regulations may be cited as the Pharmacy Control (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2013 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Pharmacy Control (Fees) Regulations 2010 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 substituted
