Justices Amendment Regulations 2012
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Justices Act 1959 .

These regulations may be cited as the Justices Amendment Regulations 2012 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Justices Regulations 2003 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Fees)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting items 1 and 2 and substituting the following:

Fee for preparation of a complaint and summons or any other document
20 (per defendant)

Filing fee on any document (excluding a summons on a complaint)

(b) by omitting items 9 and 10 and substituting the following:

Fee for a copy of a recording provided to a person
20 (per disc)
10.
Fee for the issue of a certificate of conviction

These regulations amend the Justices Regulations 2003 by increasing certain fees payable under the Justices Act 1959 .
