Justices Amendment Order 2012
I make the following order under section 26(1A) of the Justices Act 1959 .

This order may be cited as the Justices Amendment Order 2012 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Justices Order 2004 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Clause 4 amended (Acts to which section 26(1)(b) applies)
Clause 4 of the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by omitting paragraph (a) ;(b) by omitting paragraph (c) ;(c) by omitting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:(d) Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 ;(d) by omitting paragraph (f) ;(e) by omitting paragraph (m) ;(f) by omitting paragraph (o) ;(g) by omitting paragraph (q) ;(h) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (r) :(ra) Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2005 ;(i) by omitting paragraph (v) ;(j) by omitting paragraphs (zc) and (zd) and substituting the following paragraph:(zc) Unauthorized Documents Act 1986 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends the Justices Order 2004 by (a) inserting an Act as an Act to which section 26(1)(b) of the Justices Act 1959 applies; and(b) omitting certain other Acts from the Acts to which section 26(1)(b) of the Justices Act 1959 applies.
