Second-hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers (Exemption) Order 2012
I make the following order under section 3(3) of the Second-hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 1994 .

This order may be cited as the Second-hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers (Exemption) Order 2012 .
This order takes effect on 1 April 2012.
In this order –Act means the Second-hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 1994 .
4. Licensed motor vehicle traders exempt from Act
A licensed motor vehicle trader, within the meaning of the Motor Vehicle Traders Act 2011 , engaged in the trade of dealing in motor vehicles is exempt from the operation of the Act.

This order exempts licensed motor vehicle traders, within the meaning of the Motor Vehicle Traders Act 2011 , from the operation of the Second-hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 1994 .
