Administrative Arrangements (No. 2) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2011

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (No. 2) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2011 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2011 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.    Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Enactments)

Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by omitting

DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY AND FINANCE

from Part 24 .

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2011 so as to make the Department of Premier and Cabinet the department responsible to the Minister for Veterans' Affairs in relation to the administration of the Anzac Day Observance Act 1929 .
