Administrative Arrangements (No. 2) Amendment Order 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (No. 2) Amendment Order 2011 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2011 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Enactments)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by inserting afterin Part 7 the following item:
Landlord and Tenant Act 1935
Motor Vehicle Traders Act 2011
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2011 to –(a) assign to the Minister for Corrections and Consumer Protection the administration of the Motor Vehicle Traders Act 2011 ; and(b) specify that the Department of Justice is responsible to that Minister in relation to the administration of that Act.
