Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935  –

(a) revoke the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1998, No. 187; and
(b) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1997, No. 52 by omitting Schedule 2 to that proclamation and substituting the following Schedule:

This proclamation –
(a) amends an earlier proclamation (S.R. 1997, No. 52) to provide for additional places of access to the part of the Lyell Highway declared by that proclamation to be a limited access road; and
(b) revokes an earlier amending proclamation (S.R. 1998, No. 187).
