Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Amendment Order 2011
I make the following order under section 3(1) of the Poisons Act 1971 .

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Amendment Order 2011 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Order 1990 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Prohibited Substances)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by inserting after item 33BA the following item:33BB. (1-(5-Fluoropentyl)-3-(2-iodobenzoyl)indole) (otherwise known as AM-694).(b) by inserting after item 36A the following items:36AB. 2-[(1R,3S)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl]-5-(2-methylnonan-2-yl)phenol (otherwise known as Cannabicyclohexanol or CP 47,497 C8 homologue).36AC. 2-[(1R,3S)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl]-5-(2-methyloctan-2-yl)phenol (otherwise known as CP 47,497).(c) by inserting after item 48 the following item:48AA. 2-(2-Methoxyphenyl)-1-(1-pentylindol-3-yl)ethanone (otherwise known as JWH-250).(d) by inserting after item 58B the following item:58C. (1-(2-Morpholin-4-ylethyl)indol-3-yl)-naphthalen-1-ylmethanone (otherwise known as JWH-200).(e) by inserting after item 59A the following item:59AB. Naphthalen-1-yl-(1-butylindol-3-yl)methanone (otherwise known as JWH-073).(f) by inserting after item 61 the following items:61AA. 1-Pentyl-3-(4-methyl-1-naphthoyl)indole (otherwise known as JWH-122).61AB. 1-Pentyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole (otherwise known as JWH-018).
