Proclamation under the Security and Investigations Agents Amendment Act 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Security and Investigations Agents Amendment Act 2010 fix 1 July 2011 as the day on which that Act commences.

This proclamation fixes 1 July 2011 as the day on which the Security and Investigations Agents Amendment Act 2010 commences and, as a consequence, the Security and Investigations Agents Amendment Regulations 2011 take effect.
