Proclamation under the Monetary Penalties Enforcement (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2011

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(1) of the Monetary Penalties Enforcement (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2011 fix 1 June 2011 as the day on which that Act, except Part 3 of that Act, commences.

This proclamation fixes 1 June 2011 as the day on which the Monetary Penalties Enforcement (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2011 commences, except Part 3 of that Act which was taken to have commenced on 28 April 2008.
