Race Field Information Publication Fee Notice 2011
Tasracing Pty Ltd makes the following notice under section 54B(2B) of the Racing Regulation Act 2004 .
This notice may be cited as the Race Field Information Publication Fee Notice 2011 .
This notice is taken to have taken effect on 1 November 2010.
The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this notice as if this notice were regulations within the meaning of this Act.
4. Race field information publication fee
The race field information publication fee is 10 per cent of an approval holder's gross revenue in respect of the approval period that relates to the race (or class of races) covered by the race field information publication approval and is to be calculated in accordance with the formula specified in Tasracing's Race Field Information Publication Fee Policy for Race Field Information Publication Approvals.
