Fisheries (General and Fees) Amendment Regulations 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 .

These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (General and Fees) Amendment Regulations 2011 .
These regulations take effect on 7 March 2011.
In these regulations, the Fisheries (General and Fees) Regulations 2006 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 3 amended (Interpretation)
Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of Penalty Regulations and substituting the following definition:Penalty Regulations means the Fisheries (Penalties) Regulations 2011 ;

These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.

These regulations amend the Fisheries (General and Fees) Regulations 2006 by updating the definition of "Penalty Regulations" consequent on the making of the Fisheries (Penalties) Regulations 2011 .
