Police Powers (Assumed Identities) (Corresponding Laws) Regulations 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Police Powers (Assumed Identities) Act 2006 .

These regulations may be cited as the Police Powers (Assumed Identities) (Corresponding Laws) Regulations 2010 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations Act means the Police Powers (Assumed Identities) Act 2006 .
For the purposes of the definition of "corresponding law" in section 3 of the Act, the following laws of other jurisdictions are declared to correspond to the Act:(a) Crimes (Assumed Identities) Act 2009 of the Australian Capital Territory;(b) Law Enforcement and National Security (Assumed Identities) Act 2010 of New South Wales;(c) Chapter 12 of the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 of Queensland;(d) Part 3 of the Criminal Investigation (Covert Operations) Act 2009 of South Australia;(e) Crimes (Assumed Identities) Act 2004 of Victoria.
