Pharmacy Control (Fees) Regulations 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Pharmacy Control Act 2001 .

These regulations may be cited as the Pharmacy Control (Fees) Regulations 2010 .
These regulations take effect on 1 February 2011.
In these regulations Act means the Pharmacy Control Act 2001 .
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of the Act.
