Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 .

These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2010 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Regulations 2006 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 2 amended (Prescribed offences)
Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 3 from Part 2 and substituting:3. Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Waste Management) Regulations 2010

These regulations amend the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Regulations 2006 by updating the table of infringement notice offences and penalties for waste management offences consequent on the making of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Waste Management) Regulations 2010 .
