Passenger Transport Amendment (Community Transport) Regulations 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Passenger Transport Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Passenger Transport Amendment (Community Transport) Regulations 2010 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Passenger Transport Regulations 2000 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 6A amended (Small passenger vehicle exemptions)
Regulation 6A(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "1 January 2011" and substituting "1 July 2012".

These regulations amend the Passenger Transport Regulations 2000 by extending, until 1 July 2012, the period of the exemption from registration under the Passenger Transport Act 1997 for small passenger vehicles that are used for a community transport service.
