Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Amendment Order 2010

I make the following order under section 3(1) of the Poisons Act 1971 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Amendment Order 2010 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Order 1990 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.   Schedule 1 amended (Prohibited Substances)

Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting after item 10 the following item:
10A.   1-(8-bromobenzo[1,2-B;4,5-B]difuran-4-yl)-2-aminopropane (otherwise known as Bromo-Dragonfly).
(b) by inserting after item 33B the following item:
33BA.   4-fluoro-N-methylamphetamine.
(c) by inserting after item 56 the following item:
56AA.   4-methylmethcathinone (otherwise known as mephedrone).
(d) by inserting after item 63 the following item:
63AA.   N-phenethyl-4-piperidone.
