Inland Fisheries (Seaward Limits) Amendment Order 2010
I make the following order under section 6(1) of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 with the agreement of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Seaward Limits) Amendment Order 2010 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Inland Fisheries (Seaward Limits) Order 2004 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Seaward limits of certain rivers)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by omitting "A2" from column 3 of item 35 and substituting "A1".

This order amends the Inland Fisheries (Seaward Limits) Order 2004 by correcting the description of the seaward limit of the Leven River.
