Proclamation under the Gaming Control Amendment Act (No. 2) 2009
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Gaming Control Amendment Act (No. 2) 2009 fix 18 August 2010 as the day on which the provisions of Part 3 of that Act commence.
