Proclamation under the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Act 2009
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Act 2009 fix 24 February 2010 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
