Proclamation under the Criminal Investigation (Extra-Territorial Offences) Act 1987

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 3(3) of the Criminal Investigation (Extra-Territorial Offences) Act 1987  –

(a) revoke the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1989, No. 67; and
(b) declare each of the laws specified in Schedule 1 to this proclamation to be a corresponding law for the purposes of that Act; and
(c) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

(b) revokes an earlier proclamation of the same kind.
