Trustee Companies Order 2009
I make the following order under section 4A(2) of the Trustee Companies Act 1953 .

This order may be cited as the Trustee Companies Order 2009 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Trustee Companies Act 1953 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 2A amended (Trustee holding companies)
Schedule 2A to the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following item:
MyState Limited
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Justice.

This order lists MyState Limited as a trustee holding company in Schedule 2A to the Trustee Companies Act 1953 .
