State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 12 of the State Service Act 2000 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2009 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 1 July 2009.

3.   Principal Act

In this order, the State Service Act 2000 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.    Schedule 1 substituted

Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is repealed and the following Schedule is substituted:

This order repeals Schedule 1 to the State Service Act 2000 , which specifies the Agencies and Heads of Agencies, and substitutes a new Schedule 1 .
