Medical Radiation Science Professionals Registration (Fees) Regulations 2008
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Medical Radiation Science Professionals Registration Act 2000 .

These regulations may be cited as the Medical Radiation Science Professionals Registration (Fees) Regulations 2008 .
These regulations take effect on 1 February 2009.
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are the fees prescribed for the purposes of the Medical Radiation Science Professionals Registration Act 2000 .

These regulations –(a) prescribe fees for the purposes of the Medical Radiation Science Professionals Registration Act 2000 ; and(b) increase the annual registration fee payable under that Act.
