Retirement Benefits Amendment (Southern Regional Cemetery Trust) Notice 2008
I make the following notice under section 5(1A) of the Retirement Benefits Act 1993 .

This notice may be cited as the Retirement Benefits Amendment (Southern Regional Cemetery Trust) Notice 2008 .
This notice takes effect on 10 September 2008.
In this notice, the Retirement Benefits Notice 2005 is referred to as the Principal Notice.
4. Clause 4 amended (Bodies and organisations to which Act applies)
Clause 4 of the Principal Notice is amended by omitting the following item:
Southern Regional Cemetery Trust
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This notice amends the Retirement Benefits Notice 2005 by removing the Southern Regional Cemetery Trust from the list of bodies to which the Retirement Benefits Act 1993 applies consequent on the repeal of the Southern Regional Cemetery Act 1981 under the Government Business Enterprises (Sale) Act 2003 .
