Proclamation under the Government Business Enterprises (Sale) Act 2003

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Treasurer, by this my proclamation made under section 39(1) of the Government Business Enterprises (Sale) Act 2003  –

(a) repeal the Printing Authority of Tasmania Act 1994 ; and

(b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on 16 April 2008.

This proclamation repeals the Printing Authority of Tasmania Act 1994 consequent on the sale of the Printing Authority of Tasmania.
