Proclamation under the Justice and Related Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2007
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Justice and Related Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2007 fix 1 January 2008 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
